[Speex-dev] problem compiling with linux

I tried to cross compile for uclinux using toolchain available at
http://blackfin.uclinux.org/frs/?group_id=18      as you have
suggested in README.blackfin but I am getting following error


checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error:
C compiler cannot create executables


Can you suggest me what is going wrong and what can i do to fix it.
