[Speex-dev] hello developers!

Hi,

 I'm building a VoIP software (Win32). I'm adding speex codec right now;
 I checked that Win32 documentation is very small;

 My app work like this:

Client Record Voice -> Speex Codec -> Send to Server -> Server Multicast for users

 Somebody have some tips for me ?

 I'm the creator of InstallWizard (setup generator), maybe we can use this to release new versions of speex for windows.
