Hi Jean-Marc,

Thanks for the response. The decoder decodes, but I get a very 
high-pitched (enough to hurt my ears) noise over top of the voice. This 
makes it effectively unusable without putting the output through a (CPU 
costly) low pass filter. Is there any workaround for this issue?
