[Speex-dev] libspeex.lib static library (MSVC++)

Hello,

please can someone send me a static version
of libspeex.lib (Speex 1.1.6) because the one
given seems to be a dynamic one (about 12 KB only)
and I cannot link it because of "speex_nb/wd/uwd_mode"
in the speex_encoder_init() function.
