[speex-dev] delphi speex.dll

Hi
I posted a question previously (on 28 June) so my apologies. I'm looking for
the speex.dll and transaltion as required with the delphi sample I
downloaded from the speex website. One kind soul replied and I did send
email with no results. Does anyone else maybe have the speex dll and
transalation. I cannot compile my own dll as I do not have the tools (or
knowledge)
