[speex-dev] Recommendations for Pre-/Post-Processing

Well, I don't know if that what you really meant, because at 16 kHz the
Nyquist rate is 8 kHz, so there's no point in filtering at 32 kHz. At 16
kHz, the only thing I'd do is to make sure there's nothing left below 50
Hz and that's about it.
