[paranoia] CLOSED: Re: cdparanoia wav audio problems

I am pleased to report that this issue is now closed (for me). Sorry
for the delay, my DVD drive died and I just got the replacement back
yesterday. Between that, and a failed upgrade that fubar-ed my system
I've been quite busy. I can now, however, report that my previous
problems with audio distortion no longer exist.
