[paranoia] IDE drive rip problems

Sure, but when 99% of the populace drives Yugos, you can't support only the 
BMW.  Perhaps some form of special handling can be added for IDE devices.

Oh, and I drive a Mercedes, so support for that would be nice, too. :P
