[paranoia] [Bug report] not possible to use cdparanoia with grip

Cdparanoia 9.5 tried to use Doug Gilbert's new SG interface a bit more
aggressively than it turned out alot of hardware could handle.  I backed out
the problem features in 9.6 (which should work on all those problem spots just
fine).  You've already discovered that :-)

I'll send a note to Mike Oliphant to make sure he knows of the trouble.
