[paranoia] BTC BCD 16x - wav is empty - SOLVED

Um, the interpersonal politics between cdrecord/cdparanoia generally assure the
exact opposite.

But now I'm really intrigued.  With the ATAPI interface, cdda2wav and
cdparanoia should behave close to identically at the interface level...
