[paranoia] Is this spec ok with you?

I did some moderately ugly stuff with the version ("alpha9.7" isn't the
cleanest version number in the world) in order to have a nice clean

install -m 0755 interface/libcdda_interface.so.0.%{ver} \
        $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/lib

ort of thing.  I don't think I missed anything, and it seems to work on
my box.  And yes, I even fixed the changelog ;)
