[paranoia] Ripping speed

The cdparanoia version just released (9.6) has a speed setting option (-S).
The option doesn't work for all drives (especially non-MMC SCSI drives) and I
can't remember right now what command Plextors use for setting speed (I'd have
to dig up my notes) but you could give it a shot.  You'd probably want to
upgrade for the bugfixes anyway.
