[paranoia] Ripping speed

Cdparanoia 9.6 has a -S option for setting speed (this was a patch submitted by
a cdparanoia user, included in 9.6).  This feature was listed in the announce
mail.

Note that the patch uses the Uniform CDROM driver which does not know about
older/odder drives (I'll be handling those in pIV) but I'd think it would work
with Plextor...
