OK... now this is clear... they are a subset of your project, and no-one is 
any more obliged to support them, than you are to support subsets of anyone 
elses projects. I don't believe you are in a position to require anything to 
be honest. So with this being cleared up, i have no problem. Do whatever you 
want with your project.
