[libannodex-dev] anxenc on mpeg video

So now i've just finished the libannodex debs and i'm testing them out,
I downloaded the index.mpeg, index.cmml, and index.anx files from the
website.

Firstly, index.anx returns a zero-sized reply from the webserver.

If I anxenc index.cmml then I get a zero-sized file index.cmml.anx.

I checked configure.ac and I guess that there aren't any mpeg importers.
Is that right?
