sorry, cvs is totally out of date atm (I didn't have write access at
the time I updated the code to the new anx version etc.)

try this:

  http://www.annodex.net/~conrad/tmp/libannodex-0.5.65.tar.gz

(should build against liboggz out of cvs (or 0.8.0 in that dir))

will redo cvs after lca
