This sounds like a listener client issue. It makes sense to me, it
sounds like you're listening through a browser, is that correct? It is
likely re-playing through the cache it received since the stream stopped
suddenly. The only thing that comes to mind is that your URL should be
unique per every stream instance (like if Icecast stops streaming then
starts again, generate a unique URL.)
