[Icecast] dir.xiph.org stats & metadata not posting

Hi there,

We are currently in the process of migrating our online radio stations to Azuracast, everything is working well except when we attempt to post On Air and Listener stats to your directory, they don't show up. Additionally, the listing can't be found in searches most of the time, but occasionally will come back for a few minutes and then disappear.
I've setup a test station at the following address:

Here are the hits I'm getting back from internet-radio.com (https://link.getmailspring.com/link/AFC87881-668D-426B-AA21-8DB0EF61B20B@getmailspring.com/3?redirect=internet-radio.com&recipient=aWNlY2FzdEB4aXBoLm9yZw%3D%3D) directory servers in the space of an hour. If I do a search for dir.xiph.org, I get nothing:
