[Icecast] Streams dropping out after 8-12 seconds in Edge, IE

On the Adelaide stream, I'm getting slight clipping on the stream, as 
there's appears there is no headroom for decoding imperfections where 
the decoded signal is higher in peak level than the input of the encoder.
