[Icecast] occasional glitching when playing

Hi James,

So why would reloading the listener's stream fix the problem (at least for a
while)?

If it does turn out to be a source bandwidth issue, is there a way to buffer
the stream on the server to reduce the problem? Or simply a case of reducing
the bitrate?

thanks,
Rob
