[Icecast] Shout: "couldn't connect"

Hi:

I'm guessing, but quite possibly the example uses the icecast 2.0 HTTP
method of connecting, not the xaudiocast method used in icecast 1.x.
You'll need to use something like ices 0.3 which you can get from
icecast.org in order to connect to an icecast 1.x server.

Note that icecast 1.x is no longer maintained and is therefore no longer
supported by the developers.
