[icecast] streaming ogg and mp3 on the same machine

you'll have to be a bit more specific in the error you're getting,
icecast can stream ogg and mp3 at the same time provided they use
different mountpoints.  The other area which could be an issue is if
your live capture system only allows for one app to record at any one
time.
