well, it's in the darkice distribution :)
the sample config there streams to a shoutcast, icecast and icecast2 
server, two mp3 streams and one ogg vorbis.

also you might want to read the man page darkice.cfg:

man darkice.cfg

but if you need other configs, I can send one to you.
