an strace will tell us exactly but I'm guessing it will be looking in
either <chroot>/lib/ or <chroot>/usr/lib/

updates of glibc like this generally only occur on distribution changes,
but they are not strictly speaking bugs.  You just have to make sure
that when using a chroot, the chroot jail has enough environment to
allow running programs.
