[icecast] (was, streaming both ogg and mp3) now, sending out 3 streams

Ah, yes. I remember having problems with the sample rate of 44100 and
41000 when I was trying to initially set this up. Curse my dyslexia....
Unfortunately, the box itself is over 1000 miles away. They have a live
show in an hour so I am reluctant to make the suggested changes.
However, I will give your suggestions a shot later tonight.
