[icecast] dare to compare -- live streams: ogg/WMA

Hi:

You might achieve a fairer comparison if you encoded the vorbis stream at
22khz mono quality -1.  You'd get a bitrate around 22-24kbps and it'd be
the same audio format as the wma stream.
