Make an .m3u file (simple text-file, contains a list of URLs or
filenames) that contains the complete URL to the .ogg/.mp3 you want to
stream off your web server. Have your visitors click on the .m3u link,
they'll download it and start their favorite player, which then plays
the .ogg/.mp3 directly off the web server.
