The ogg stream has sufficient time information in it already for this part, 
but actually implementing distributed time synchronization is not for the 
faint-hearted, it'd be quite a lot of work. You'd probably want to add in a 
little more metadata from the server giving a start point for the audio when 
you connect, but that bit would be easy. Writing a player to do this... less 
so.

It'd be a fun project, though.
