[icecast] best URL to link to a stream

I do it by having the link point to a .m3u file, which contains the URL
(such as http://some.server.net:8000/mount) of the stream. Works for most
anyone since .m3u is pretty much universally configured in most browsers
to fire up a mp3 player.
