[icecast] icecast "dump" suggestions (archiving)?

We are still using 1.x.. I see the support for the dump function, but no
easy way to automate the use of it.

Ahhh! I'm running .8 so that would be EXCELLENT! I shall go read the
documentation for darkice. I didn't realize it could do that.
