[icecast] metadata update in the stream

Akos,

  Yes I brought this up not too long ago, but no one responded. I'm not
a heavy developer type of person, but maybe in the ices source code you
might be able to find the metadata update code?

  I would really like some ability like this. If I'm streaming with
DarkIce, the title doesn't change at all (just says what I had when I
originally ran it.)
