[icecast] Step by Step

trying hard to get my first Multicast MP3 stream going. 

What would be really helpfull is if someone could give me a step by step guide to getting a Multicast Stream up and running.

I have icecast but dont know how to use it.
I have Winamp and have got that side sussed 
have got some a domain with 20meg space Any Use?
