[icecast] icecast/libxslt compile error

Got it. I upgraded from

libxml2-2.4.10 -> libxml2-2.4.24

libxslt-1.0.7  -> libxslt-1.0.20

and that fixed it. The latest official releases for the Red Hat distros 
aren't up-to-date enough.
