[icecast] Problems with 1.3.10 and Ices (CVS)

I'm having problems with this combination. I thought it was problems with
Ices but I'm not so sure...

I start Icecast and Ices and send them to the background. Usually about
10-12 hours later, they are dead.

The icecast.log file shows this:

Why would it be unable to create new threads?

The server is a Red Hat Linux box. Intel. 2.2.12 kernel...

Any ideas?
