[icecast] Ices Looping

Yeah, I just switched to Ices from Shout, which needs a loop parameter in
it's conf... Ices quit sending data to Icecast so I figured maybe it just
wasn't set to loop properly...

I guess I need to do some more tests. Thanks for your help.
