[icecast] Anyone Know Shoutcast?

If you want to relay Icecast streams with a shoutcast server, you'll need to
run a separate Icecast instance for each stream (each on its own port, of
course). Mount points are an x-audiocast thing, which Shoutcast doesn't
understand.
