[icecast] mount problem

Hi list,

I'm trying to stream a mp3-file to the icecast server using liveice. In the 
liveice.cfg I've set the mount to /mzo/audio which is a directory in 
/usr/local/httpd/htdocs. Liveice connects to the server, writes the password 
and then times out.
Icecast writes "lost connection to mount /mzo/audio" .
What am I doing wrong ?
I run liveice in shout mode.
