[icecast] ices cvs crashing

I get this too, but I'm still using the older ices. It happens whenever my
route to the internet goes down. I think maybe ices can't look up the url
at the top of it's config file (wild guess). Let us know if this has been
fixed in the newest version.

Here's what my icecast.log says when this happens:
