Thanks Silvia and others for document feedback; its has since been updated.

Silvia can you contact me off list about updating the FOMS site for early 2015 version ?

We would probably need to get a rough head count early on to organize the pre-confrence room(s)

Tracey I think it would be a tight fit for 2014 depending on scale of workshop ? But certainly open to it. 

We may also want to organize something per the Wikiemdia - internet archive media bridge, there has been an interesting efforts on that front  recently.
