[foms] open video FOSDEM devroom

(since I believe it would be Nov1, 2014+... (we have a lot of yearly deadlines piling up for end of October!))


If it’s helpful, interesting, I’m sure the Internet Archive (and I certainly am as well) would be happy to host again or help w/ space if it winds up in SF area.  
It was a long bus ride last year ;-) but otherwise, I think the Archive viewed it as a success and part of where we want to be/help!


just a thought for the evolving 2015 event!
