[foms] The State of HTML5 Video

Hi, Zach. Just wondering what versions of Android you tested against.
 Versions back to Gingerbread (2.3) support WebM playback in software. WebM
files in HTML5 don't return 'maybe' for canPlayType but if clicked will
player in the onboard media player.

For Ice Cream Sandwich, your WebM test case returns 'maybe' and plays in
the browser itself on my Galaxy Nexus.
