[foms] Update on Open Video Conference

Yes, 12th Sept is part of it. Just so it's clear: Monday is a day
where the rest of the conference will not happen any more, but we have
a more quiet day to get some work done and plan more freely rather
than following the conference schedule.

I will send out a schedule plan early next week - just working it out with Ben.
