[foms] Update on Open Video Conference

Hi Silvia,

Thanks for setting this up, once again!

I should be attending -- just finalizing travel plans now.
I plan to attend much of the FOMS/Open Media Developers
tracks.

Do you know if there is anything going on Sep 12th?
I'm a little confused about that.
