[Flac-users] xmms-flac package under NetBSD

I've built and installed the flac and xmms-flac (the plugin) packages
from NetBSD's package system. (Both use the same flac source from the
1.1.0 release.) However, when I start xmms it complains

    /usr/pkg/lib/xmms/Input/libxmms-flac.so: Undefined PLT symbol
	"FLAC__plugin_common__init_dither_context" (symnum = 28)

and refuses to play flac files. I've looked at the build configurations
for these packages, and don't see anything obviously wrong. Does anybody
have any thoughts on what might be causing this problem, and how I might
fix it?
