It's for testing an OS/2 FLAC implementation. I don't have a working OS/2
implementation to create FLACs because that's what I'm trying to develop.
Though now that I think about it, I suppose I can download the FLAC
software under Linux, and use that to make some FLACs. ... I guess I
should have thought about that before.
