There aren't any :(  I assume this is for compliance testing
which is why you don't want to just generate some yourself?

You could try searching HydrogenAudio, people submit testing
clips there in FLAC format:

  http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?act=Search&f=

The only problem is that if you search for '.flac' it ignores
the '.' so you still have to separated the wheat from the chaff.
