[Flac-dev] Need AMD debugging help

I've been running FLAC on both my home desktop and server. I don't
remember the exact specs, but they're both AMD-based CPU's. I've been
testing FLAC (trying to break it) for at least 8 months, and have not
experienced any of these issues. I'm running Win2k on the desktop, and
Advanced Server on the server. I've been using the pre-complied win32

try and reproduce the errors below.
