No, I don't think so. Was: [vorbis] Vorbis 1.0 binary - Beta4 still the best?

I downloaded Garf's OggDrop, it has 128, 160 VBR and 350 kbps options in
menu. I tried this 128 mode and I got total length of sampled files
about 10% bigger then Beta4 with -b 128, and slightly smaller total
length from files generated by v1.0 with -q 5. I don't know how it works
internally, but as I said, tested samples are like Beta4 to me, e.g. I
couldn't distinguish they from original.
BTW, after this listening tests I made similar graphs like before, and I
think that Garf on 128 is throwing phase information above 16 kHz.
I forgot to say, samples and graphs that I sent before are from Beta4
with -b 128 and from 1.0 with -q 4,999.
