[vorbis] Vorbis 1.0 binary - Beta4 still the best?

I didn't tried a setting above -q 5, because I don't want to use files
above ~160 kb/s. My way of thinking is: for file size about 192-256 kbps
I'll stay with mp3, if I need bitrates > 256 kbps I'll take Flac or Ape.

I have relatively large music collection, so I should really care about
a file size.
