[vorbis] Vorbis 1.0 binary - Beta4 still the best?

Can you still hear this using a higher -q setting (above -q5) ?

Well people should use the version they like. I, for example, still use
RC2 Garf Tuned 2, mode -b350, because I think it really rocks - it's 
better then -q9.5 on some hard-to-encode test samples.
